Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy describes how Castaway handles information in LaneCity, our city-building and traffic-management game.

Game progress stays on your device

LaneCity stores cities, campaign progress and settings locally on your device. The game does not require an account. Castaway does not operate a cloud-save service for LaneCity. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it may delete your saves. Any backup service you enable on your device follows that service's own policy.

Information collected by the game

LaneCity does not collect or share personal information with Castaway through the game. It contains no advertising or third-party analytics integration. It does not request your contacts, precise location, camera or microphone for gameplay.

Purchases and Google Play

LaneCity is a paid download. Google Play handles payment and distribution. Castaway does not receive your payment-card information through LaneCity. Google and your device's operating system may process information under their own policies. Read Google's privacy policy for more information.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request and investigate reported issues. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. We do not sell support information.

Your choices

Children

LaneCity does not require children or other players to provide personal information to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can address the request.
